What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free for domestic orders over $75.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Orders are shipped out directly from the USA. Please allow an estimated 1-2 weeks for processing orders in the USA (varies from product to product). Other countries can take an estimated 1-3 weeks for processing (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs.
Please note: that fulfillment time could vary during sales and holiday seasons. Delivery days are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, you will be contacted via email.
What Happens If My Order Gets Stuck or Lost in the Mail?
If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. If your package is marked as "In Transit" by the shipping carrier, it is still on its way to you. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a replacement or refund while the package remains in transit.
If your tracking information shows no updates for 10 business days, please contact us. We'll investigate the issue with the shipping carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible. If your order is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we’ll offer a replacement or refund based on availability. Claims for lost or stuck packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If submitted more than 30 days we will not be able to replace or refund.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it, but additional shipping fees may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 14 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
Why Is My Order Being Shipped in Different Packages?
Some items, such as handmade or custom products, require additional time for crafting and may ship separately from ready-to-ship products.
If an item is popular and on back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
Will I Be Charged for Customs and Taxes?
Domestic Orders (Within the United States): Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order at checkout based on your shipping address. No additional customs fees apply for domestic shipments.
International Orders: For orders shipped outside the United States, customs duties, taxes, or fees may be applied by your country’s customs office. These charges are determined by your country and are beyond our control.
Responsibility: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply. These are typically collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery.
Delivery Delays: Occasionally, customs processing can cause delivery delays. While we strive to ensure timely shipping, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
