Chargeback Policy: We take chargebacks seriously. If you dispute a charge with your credit card company, you are still responsible for payment of the original invoice amount. We reserve the right to pursue legal action against customers who engage in fraudulent chargebacks.
Chargebacks are not justified in the following situations:
- Custom or Personalized Items: All sales of custom or personalized products are final. Chargebacks are not accepted for dissatisfaction with a custom product that matches the order specifications provided by the customer.
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase after the product has been delivered or shipped, this is not a valid reason for a chargeback.
- Failure to Read Policies: It is the responsibility of the customer to review all policies, including shipping, returns, and other relevant information, before completing a purchase, this is not a valid reason for a chargeback.
- Shipping Delays: Delays caused by shipping carriers do not qualify for chargebacks, as these are outside our control.
Resolution Process: Before initiating a chargeback, we encourage you to contact us to resolve any issues. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns.
Fraudulent Chargebacks: In cases where a chargeback is deemed to be fraudulent or unwarranted, we reserve the right to block future transactions, pursue legal action, and report the incident to relevant authorities.
